MENTORING


As a Mentor, I’ll work beside you to address the challenges, opportunities, change, and chaos associated with leading people.

Irrespective of your industry, organization size, and team size, the practice of leadership doesn’t differ.

Whilst I work with you, I will focus on your:

➡️ Relationships - how effective do you influence each person

➡️ Behaviours - does your intent land at the right impact

➡️ Strengths - the ones you use, their effectiveness and the ones you avoid using

➡️ Challenges - what are the things keeping you awake at 3am.

➡️ Structure - how your rituals, rules and routine adds value to your leadership.

I’ll also provide training that involves:

  • know when to coach, mentor, and facilitate

  • critically use your time to build your team’s skills

  • being engaged with fewer distractions

  • emotional intelligence and relationship intelligence

  • leaning into courageous conversations.


    Details & options:

  • Private and confidential conversations

  • Engagement of 3, 6 or 9 months

  • Sessions online and in person (where practical)

  • Strength Deployment Inventory (SDI) for each team member

  • Regular sessions

  • Payment up-front or across 3 payments
